My modem is not locked but my drivers crashed..
So i send to Andrew's e-store to repair, they took quite long to solve but is reasonable because they need to wait ZTE to give them the drivers.
After repair done, they send back to me.
My bad, i didn't told them i am using Mac OS, so they help me to install Windows driver.
After i received, i send them email regarding my problem.
They are very patient to answer my question and send me the Mac drivers!
I would say they provide the 1st class service @ an economy price~
