I am a buyer for the MIFI device E537 from Andrew's E Store and the person who deal with me named Alex. He is a VERY responsive seller who try his best to answer your questions/doubts pre/post sale. The device was wrapped securely upon receive. Some hiccup during setup/configuration, dropped a pm to Andrew, and reply within 1 hour. And follows by a call from technical support.
